Vizebet Deleted My balance

I invested 17,000 TL on the Vizebet website and received a 15% investment bonus. The bonus has no withdrawal limit, both stated in the site rules and specifically mentioned by live support. After increasing my balance to 122,000 TL, I submitted a withdrawal request. However, this time they deleted my entire balance of 77,000 TL under the pretext that "the bonus has a maximum withdrawal limit of 20x". The reason given was "the decision of the finance unit". When it comes to getting investment, they offer unlimited bonuses; when it comes to making payments, they change the rules at their discretion. A site that doesn't even enforce the rules they themselves wrote. Stay away, they don't pay out when you win.
