OweCase provides a neutral, transparent public database documenting user-reported claims regarding unpaid invoices, contractor fees, merchant funds, and affiliate earnings. By using OweCase, you agree to these Terms.

2. Truthfulness & Accuracy of Claims

Users submitting claims certify that all provided details, amounts, and attached evidence (contracts, invoices, transaction receipts) are authentic, accurate, and truthful. Knowingly submitting fabricated or defamatory claims is strictly prohibited and grounds for account termination and legal liability.

3. Neutrality & Non-Affiliation

OweCase acts solely as a hosting platform and intermediary ledger. OweCase does not provide debt collection, legal advice, or financial guarantees.
