Bitexen Global Fails to Credit Referral Rewards Despite Completed Verification

I am writing to report an ongoing issue regarding the referral reward program on Bitexen Global. Although the users I invited have fully completed their registration and identity verification (KYC) steps, the earned referral rewards have not been credited to my account. Even though their account verifications were successful, the referral status remains incorrectly stuck on 'pending verification', preventing the distribution of the rewards. All campaign criteria have been met in full, yet this system error continues to withhold the rewards I am entitled to. I request an immediate review to resolve this technical issue and demand that my pending referral rewards be credited to my account without further delay.
