Bitexen Failed to Deliver the Promised $77 Promotional Bonus

I participated in Bitexen's promotional campaign with the promise of receiving a $77 bonus reward. I fully satisfied all the stated eligibility requirements, including the identity verification (KYC) steps. However, despite fulfilling my obligations, the promised reward has never been credited to my account. Promoting promotional rewards to attract users and then failing to honor them is unacceptable and misleading.
