Won Money Before? Apparently You Owe Them Now

so here's what happened. I forgot the password and lost access to the email on my old account, so I created a new one. Made a deposit, won a bet, requested a withdrawal,and suddenly I couldn't log in. They told me the new account was closed because duplicate accounts aren't allowed. fair enough. But I asked them to at least return my deposit. Their response? This: “The deposit will not be returned... the previous account received a NET profit of 1.05 LTC and the new account deposited 0.78 LTC. You are in debt to us 0.27 LTC.” 😂 seriously? So apparently if you ever win money from them, you might end up owing them money later. Never seen a casino operate like this. Just wanted to share so other players know what they're dealing with.
