1Xbit scammed me for for 30.69 mBTC

I deposited 10 mBTC, then another 12 mBTC the same day. After betting on several live CS and football events, my balance reached 50.69 mBTC. I requested a 30.69 mBTC withdrawal, leaving 20 mBTC to keep playing. The next day, the withdrawal hadn't arrived and I couldn't log in. Support told me to contact their security team. A few hours later, they emailed me saying they were ending the relationship and closing my account, with no explanation or chance to withdraw my funds.
