Jaxx.bet support redirected user to Telegram admin who groundlessly refused withdrawal

I fulfilled all requirements for the Level 2 referral system on Jaxx.bet, but my withdrawal remained pending. I contacted official email support ([email protected]), which instructed me to contact their Telegram admin (@ijonnydavis). When I reached out to him, instead of helping process the payout, the admin falsely accused me of cheating over a $41 withdrawal attempt while my account held a $26 main balance. Neither email support nor the Telegram admin resolved the pending transaction or processed the payout. All proof (email correspondence, Telegram chat, and account screenshots) is attached.
