WHAT HAPPENED?

I opened a second account on 500.casino on December 31 and completed kyc immediately. I had already contacted support about the second account and was told it was fine, so I deposited $185.97 in ltc. I mainly bet on tennis pre match, live, and combos, and ran the balance up to $10,000.02. When I tried to withdraw, the withdrawal was declined. They told me I was trying to bypass betting limits placed on my main account. The problem is that the only limits I had actually been told about were on mlb/nfl player props. I was still able to place sizeable tennis bets on my main account, including $150 bets on promotions. 500.casino's argument is basically- because I knew about limits on baseball and football props, I should have known about any other limits, including tennis. But I was never told I was limited on tennis, and there was no max bet indicator showing what limits applied to my account. I even asked a friend to contact support and ask what limits were on his account. Their own support couldn't clearly tell him what limits he had or for how much. So how is a player supposed to know whether they're limited if even support can't tell them? I made normal tennis bets, won, and then had my $10K balance withheld because of limits I wasn't aware of. Would really like to hear other people's opinions on this, especially from anyone familiar with 500.casinos sportsbook policies.
