WHAT HAPPENED?

I am submitting this complaint today regarding an incident that occurred on 12 February 2023 involving Sportsbet.io and approximately 1,731 USDT that was left in my account. On 12/02/2023, I placed a bet on the NFL Final. I chose Sportsbet.io because I had seen the company associated with major football clubs such as Arsenal and Southampton, which gave me the impression that it was a legitimate and trustworthy sportsbook. I was also looking for a sportsbook that accepted cryptocurrency. I deposited 836.28 USDT from my Binance account, which I can provide proof of. I then placed my NFL Final bet approximately three hours before the event started. After placing the bet, my account balance increased to approximately 1,731.38 USDT. I subsequently requested a withdrawal of 1,231 USDT, intending to leave approximately 500 USDT in the account for future betting. The withdrawal was declined, and Sportsbet.io requested that I complete their identity verification process. I fully cooperated and submitted the requested documentation. Sportsbet.io subsequently confirmed: “Thank you for completing our online identity verification.” However, shortly afterward, I was informed that my account had been disabled because their security system had allegedly flagged me for multi-accounting. I immediately disputed this allegation and explained that I had never created or operated another Sportsbet.io account. The accusation made no sense to me. If I had another account, there would be no reason for me to create a new account simply to place the same NFL Final bet. Despite completing their identity verification, I was then told that I needed to wait another five business days while they investigated the matter. From my perspective, this was extremely concerning. My identity had already been verified, the deposit was legitimate and traceable to my Binance account, and the bet had been placed normally through my account. The funds in question were not the result of any fraudulent activity. I deposited cryptocurrency, placed a legitimate sports bet, and then attempted to withdraw part of my available balance. I have preserved the relevant emails, account screenshots, transaction records, betting history, and correspondence with Sportsbet.io. Proof of Payment: https://tronscan.io/#/transaction/0c8aaf3eba623db12dde630d6ccf6bf97cb77fe072f6b6889da0062d8a7bc980 Looking back, I regret not researching the sportsbook more thoroughly before creating an account. The association with well-known Premier League clubs gave me confidence that I was dealing with a reputable operator. Instead, after making a legitimate deposit and placing a legitimate bet, my account was disabled and my funds became inaccessible after I attempted to withdraw. I have always denied having multiple accounts and have cooperated with their verification requests. I believe Sportsbet.io should provide a clear explanation and evidence supporting its multi-accounting allegation rather than simply disabling the account and withholding my funds. I am submitting this complaint today to document what happened and to seek a fair resolution. I hope Sportsbet.io will review the case properly, release any legitimate funds owed to me, and provide a transparent explanation for why my account was disabled. I am also sharing this information so that other users can be aware of what happened and make their own informed decisions before depositing funds with the platform.
